Our firm has undergone various name changes in the past. We understand the confusion and inconvenience these name changes may cause our clients and the consumers we serve. We sincerely apologize to anyone who may have been adversely affected as result of those changes.<\/p>\n

We are now known as Klima, Peters & Daly, P.A., a Mid-Atlantic Law group. Feel free to call us KPD!<\/p>\n

We changed our name but we assure you that our firm and all of its personnel are dedicated to providing the same quality service today as we provided in the past.<\/p>\n

To help explain the reasoning behind the name change, and reassure each of you that this is a permanent and positive change for our firm, we believe the name change helps create a culture that encompasses a continuity plan for our firm\u2019s long-term success.<\/p>\n

The firm\u2019s new name reflects the three principals who manage and direct the day-to-day operations of the firm: Jamie Klima, Esq., Scott Peters, Esq., and Sean Daly, Esq. This group of partners are talented, experienced, and forward facing attorneys who will contribute to the future of our firm. We decided it was best to reflect their hard work and loyalty within our firm\u2019s name. Our firm and all its members embrace the new name as a catalyst for growth and opportunity.<\/p>\n

We remain the same ethical and efficient firm that offers all of the same services and professional experience–just under a new and improved name that more accurately reflects the current and future leadership of our firm.<\/p>\n
